Many data protection officers first ask where the data is stored.

  1. supinion runs on a server in Falkenstein, Germany. The website loads nothing from third-party servers.
  2. The website sets no cookies. The app and the participant page use only two, both strictly necessary: one keeps you signed in, even when you try supinion without an account, and one recognises a participant’s device during a live session for 24 hours.
  3. We don’t store IP addresses. 24 hours after a session ends we remove the participant identifier, and from then on no answer can be linked to a device.
  4. We delete results twelve months after the session ends, and you can delete them yourself at any time before that.
  5. We sign a data processing agreement with schools and teams on request.
