Retrospective

The retro at the end of a sprint or project: everyone writes at the same time and anonymously, and you finish with one thing to try next.

How to use it

Give eight minutes for all three walls together and open them at once, so everyone writes at their own pace.
Cluster the notes as you discuss them and commit to exactly one item from the third wall.
Compare the satisfaction score with the last retro. The trend says more than the single number.
