Point of contact and reports
Last updated: 28 September 2026
supinion is offered by 1337 Studios, a brand of TELEPANO (owner: Noel Weinberg), Eurotec-Ring 15, 47445 Moers, Germany. This page contains the information required by Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (Digital Services Act, DSA).
1. Single point of contact for authorities (Art. 11 DSA)
Authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services can reach us at:
Email: hi@supinion.com
Languages: German and English.
2. Single point of contact for users (Art. 12 DSA)
You can reach us directly and quickly at:
Email: hi@supinion.com
Your message is read and answered by people, not a chatbot. You can write to us in German or English.
3. Reporting illegal content (Art. 16 DSA)
How to report content
- In supinion: Every audience view has a “Report content” option. The affected session and slide are included automatically. Choose a reason (illegal, hate/incitement, insult/bullying, personal data, spam, other) and briefly describe the problem.
- By email to hi@supinion.com.
What a report should contain
To help us decide quickly, please include:
1. an explanation of why you consider the content illegal,
2. a precise indication of where it can be found – in supinion this happens automatically; by email, for example, the access code, the title of the presentation and the slide,
3. your name and email address (not required for reports concerning child sexual abuse material),
4. a statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
Giving an email address is optional. Without it, however, we can neither confirm receipt nor tell you our decision.
What happens next
- If you provide an email address, we confirm receipt of your report.
- People review every report promptly, diligently and objectively. We do not use automated means for the decision.
- We tell you our decision and the remedies available to you.
Possible decisions
- No violation: the report is closed without action.
- Remove session: the affected session is deleted together with its results.
- Suspend workspace: the workspace is suspended and running presentations are ended.
How your report is stored is described in our privacy policy (section C.7): we keep reports, including the optional contact address, for 12 months.
4. Automatic word filter and moderation
A word filter automatically holds back audience posts containing offensive terms. Such posts are not deleted, only not displayed. Presenters can also hide and approve posts in their sessions themselves.
5. Statement of reasons (Art. 17 DSA)
If we remove a session or suspend a workspace, the owner of the workspace receives a statement of reasons by email. It includes:
- which measure we took and how long it applies,
- the facts and circumstances on which the decision is based, and whether it resulted from a report or our own review,
- whether automated means were involved (such as the word filter),
- for illegal content, the legal ground; for violations of our Terms, the relevant clause – each with an explanation,
- the remedies available.
6. Complaints about a decision
If you disagree with our decision – whether you reported the content or are affected by it – you can complain free of charge by email to hi@supinion.com within six months of being notified. Please state which decision you mean and why you think it is wrong. Your complaint is reviewed by people. We tell you the outcome with reasons and reverse the measure if it turns out to be unfounded.
7. Other remedies
- You can lodge a complaint with the Digital Services Coordinator of the Member State where you are located or established (Art. 53 DSA). In Germany this is the Bundesnetzagentur (https://www.dsc.bund.de).
- You may go to court at any time.
